In 2009, in connection with his work on a post-conviction death penalty case, Marshall received the prestigious “Camille Gravel Award” from the Federal Bar Association that is given annually to attorneys who have done substantial pro bono work. Tuck receives criminal case appointments as an active member of the CJA Panel of attorneys in the Eastern District of Louisiana. He also has extensive experience handling white-collar cases involving charges of healthcare fraud, obstruction of justice, tax fraud, illegal kickbacks, and wire fraud. Tuck has defended numerous clients facing felony criminal charges in state and federal court.
